This Policy contains important information about how BananaIP Counsels LLP (“BananaIP”) holder of
www.iplantain.com/bananaip (hereinafter referred to as “IPMS”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses
information that may be collected from you when you use or access or avail our data, facilities, services,
and systems through the IPMS as an employee, associate, retainer, client, or any other party permitted and
authorized in writing to legally access the same (“User”).

Information we may collect through our IPMS

IPMS, when you use the IPMS for BananaIP’s operations, work delivery and management, status verification,
and other authorized work related purposes, , when you check the status of your files or download the files
as a client of BananaIP, or when you access or use any other interactive features of the IPMS, which you are
duly authorized to access.
Non-personally identifiable information
We may collect non-personal information about you whenever you access or interact with our IPMS or any of
the Services. This includes but is not limited to browser name, version, the type of device used, server
location, users’ operating system and version, your mobile devices unique device ID, third party apps or
IPMS or service that referred users to our IPMS, language preference, means of connection to our IPMS and
Services users’ location information, Internet service providers, IP address, technical information and
other similar information about users.

Whenever you access the IPMS we may place “cookies” on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes to
enhance your experience or sometimes to personalize your experience. Cookies placed on your hard drive
further helps us to identify information relating to your activities and to retain information relating to
your preferences and history on the IPMS.
